What can I use Vera Connect for?

You can use Vera Connect to improve your relationships. It starts with a complete and always up-to-date contact list. This way, you’ll never forget a birthday or an address again. Additionally, you can ask your friends to confirm their attendance for events you organize, and there is a "date picker" feature available.

Who is behind Vera Connect?

Paul and Robin are behind Vera Connect. For years, Paul had the idea that sharing contact details was still done the same way as it was hundreds of years ago: you are responsible for keeping track of someone else’s information. What if we could reverse that? And everyone just keeps their own information up to date? That would save a lot of time searching for addresses, forgetting birthdays, or asking for an email address yet again. And so it happened, in 2022, Paul, along with CTO Robin, founded Vera Connect.

Why did you start Vera Connect?

Paul had been carrying the idea for years that sharing contact information still worked the same way it had for hundreds of years — that you’re responsible for keeping track of someone else’s details. What if we could flip that idea, so everyone is only responsible for updating their own information? That would save a lot of time searching for addresses, missed birthdays, and endless requests for email addresses. And so, in 2022, Paul and CTO Robin founded Vera Connect. Initially, Vera Connect focused mainly on exchanging contact details, but by now, more useful features have been added.

How secure is my data in Vera?

Glad you asked, as we’re really proud of this. It’s our flagship feature, so to speak. Vera has built-in privacy principles. What does that mean? It means that right now, there is no safer way to share your data with others than through Vera. Additionally, Vera’s employees cannot access your personal information. For us, all data is anonymized. In short, it’s extremely secure yet incredibly easy to use.

How can I see who has my data?

This is where Vera really stands out from other apps. You can see exactly who has received your data and even whether they’ve saved it in their phone.

How does Vera make money?

That’s right! Vera Connect is free for everyone to use. We make money from the products our users purchase, like when you send a card through us or use another paid service from Vera Connect.
